Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the toki mobile application ("the app", "we", "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using toki, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

toki is a mobile clock application that displays time through a physics-based visual experience. The app includes a clock mode and a focus timer mode. The app is available for iOS and Android devices.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use toki. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and other materials in toki are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without our written permission.

5. In-App Purchases

toki offers an optional premium upgrade through in-app purchase. This upgrade removes advertisements and may unlock additional features.

• All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play).
• Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the respective app store.
• We do not handle payment information directly.
• Premium features are tied to your app store account and can be restored on the same platform.

6. Advertisements

The free version of toki displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google and is subject to Google's advertising policies.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the app's operation or security.
• Redistribute or resell the app or any part of it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

toki is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices. Time display accuracy depends on your device's system clock.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
